People handling food in the retail and hospitality industry, food processing or health and community service sectors must have minimum Level 1 Food handling certificate. Those working in the supervisory capacity must also complete Food Safety Level 2, the Food Safety Supervisor Course. These are also available as a combined Food Safety Supervisor course specifically for each industry.
